mAffirmation ( Auto – suggestion ) is the powerful tool to every successful person. It is the way to convince ourselves to believe and feel the goal from our minds and literally,change it to be our reality. From the book “ Think and GrowRich” by Napoleon Hill said about Auto – suggestion; “ Auto – suggestion is a term which applies to all suggestions and all self – administered stimuli which reach one’s mind through the five senses. Stated in another way, auto – suggestion is self- suggestion. It is the agency of communication between that part of the mind where conscious thought takes place, and that which serves as the seat of action for the subconscious mind.”
Here are my 3 ways of using affirmation that helps me attract what I want!
1.Read your affirmation out loud in front of the mirror
Once you have the one goal that you want, doesn’t matter what it is. First, you have to believe in this method, believe that this will help you for sure, just like you believe in god. Your goal should be big enough to get you excited and then write it down where you want, make a small goal card or maybe write it in your notebook ( I wrote it down on my mirror so I can read it right away when I look at the mirror). Keep it on your bedside so when you wake up in the morning you can grab that goal card right away and read it out loud to the mirror! Your brain will start to believe in your affirmation when you do it consistently and with strong desire, at first you might feel like, what the hell are you doing? But deep down inside you know this will work that’s why you do it! I personally do this after I wake up and before I go to bed with a strong belief in the goal and the method. First I used this method for my weight loss and then for my financial goal, I achieved them both on time I wanted! But the secret is you have to believe that you can achieve anything you want and keep sending the affirmation to the universe!
2.Record your affirmation to your phone and listen to it often
Use your phone to record your affirmation and listen to it every time you can, this will help you to attract your goal faster! You can find many affirmations from online resources like youtube or any applications on your phone. Well, I do both of them but I also record my own affirmation because when I recorded my own voice I found it helped me to be more concentrated. Anyway, I like to listen to my affirmation when I brush my teeth in the morning and in the evening, it takes less than 5 minutes but it will change your life! More importantly, when you record your own affirmation you can say exactly what you want and you can put your name in it, that will send the message to your subconscious mind more specifically. For example, (Your name) is a successful businessman, ( Your name ) is getting better and better everyday, ( Your name ) is the most disciplined person ever…
3.Write it down every morning and before bed
If you like to write things down, great! Write your affirmation now! See how you feel when you do it, you might think this is stupid but this will start to put on your confidence toward your goal! Don’t limit yourself at all, if you want a million dollars don’t write you want a thousand! You don’t have to worry about how it’s gonna work, just let yourself be free from your old beliefs! Nothing is wrong to dream big. It’s brainstorming, you have the world in your hand so you can have what you want. Trust in the universe, you ask what you want and let the universe provides it for you! Once you know what you really want then try to write the same sentence everyday and read it to yourself, this will work because when you write you focus on that affirmation! You’ll attract what you focus on long enough.
These are the top 3 ways I use to attract exactly what I want in life, money, house, places and relationships. The affirmation changed my brain to believe that I am that person I want to be, so I act the way I want to be until I become that person in real life ! Remember, when you put your energy to one thing long enough it will start to show you the result, pay attention to your goal one by one until you receive it and then move to the next one!
