Benefits of journaling that will change your life forever!

Journaling is one of my favorite activities on my daily basis. I remember 2 years ago, when I first started to journal, I wasn’t sure it’s worth my time at all. Luckily, I didn’t give up on it and kept this habit to grow overtime — and now it’s tremendously life changing!

I love to write as soon as I wake up to keep my mind fresh, mostly I write on my online journal and sometimes I write on the physical one. The only reason I write on my online journal is that to keep my journal with me everywhere, this way I can read or write anytime with no excuses. Basically, I write pretty much about everything, like my dreams, my daily schedule, my thoughts, my feelings etc.

The good thing about journaling is that it’s a place where you can store your thoughts — secret thoughts, something you need to let it out but you feel uncomfortable to share with other people, and it could be anything. It’s your secret place to share what you want!

In this post I will be sharing about the benefits of journaling that will change your life forever!

1.Keep your thoughts organized

Writing requires concentration. When you write, your brain will work hard to organize your thoughts together. It’s like training your brain to be organized and it helps you to think better! When you think better, your life will be easier.

2.Keep you on track

When you lose your track, open your journal and read what’s in there, what’s your purpose, what’s your joy and pain, what’s your goal in life. Reminding yourself of what you want and who you are. It’s like your best friend to help you to be the best version of yourself.

3.Good for your mental health

When you share something whether it’s positive or negative, it helps to clear your mind. It’s good to have a clean mind so you can have a fresh start everyday. You will be happier and less stressed. When you have a healthy mind, your body will be healthy too.

4.Improve your memories

It helps to improve your memories, that’s for sure! When you note something down, you are more likely to remember it better! When you write you will be more focused on the words and that’s why you can remember things better. And even when you forget things you can just come back to read your note anytime.

5.Improve your life

Imagine if you think better, have good memories,  have good mental health, your life would be easier, right? Journaling fixes all problems. In order to have a good life you have to fix the problems that you have and maintain your happiness. The easiest thing you can do is to release your thoughts out of your mind to keep it’s fresh, and journal is one of the best way to do so

I hope this post will motivate you to start  taking journals seriously or at least, give it a try! You will see the world the way you’ve never seen before, I promise!
